Exercise #1 Giraffe Exercise

Stand in an upright position and relax the shoulders. Stretch the neck forward by moving the head forward with the mouth closed as if you are a giraffe reaching for food, and then retract. The tensing a relaxing feeling will be felt from the lower neck up to the chin and the lateral jaws. Do this exercise at least in ten repetitions for three cycles daily.

Exercise #2 Pouting Mouth Exercise

Tilt the head up facing the ceiling. While in this position, pout your mouth by way of reaching the upper lip with the lower lip. You will feel the stretch over the lower neck up to the chin as well as the tensing and relaxing motion as you pout your mouth. Maintain yourself in this position for 5 seconds, then release. Do this exercise for 12 repetitions for two cycles daily.

Exercise #3 Diagonal Tilt Exercise

Position yourself in a cross sitting position just like what the yoga practitioners assume. With the shoulders relaxed and the spine lifted up look oblique to your right and then tilt the head down. Stay in this position for ten seconds. You will feel the stretch on the left side as you lean diagonally to the right. Then do it on the other side. Turn and look oblique to the left and then tilt the head own then stay for 10 seconds. Do this exercise in 5 repetitions for 3 cycles.
